Charlie and his Spiderman arm

This is an article from Unfold newsletter.

Five-year-old Charlie was born without a right arm below the elbow. Here he’s proudly showing off his new hand – created by E-nable, a network of volunteers who make prosthetic limbs with 3D printing.

“Charlie is thrilled with his Spider-man arm. He can’t stop smiling.” – Charlie’s mum

As Charlie plays with his friends, they enjoy magical moments together. And it shows you how new technology is helping break down barriers, and bringing us closer to a country where every child is included.

Scope exists to make this country a place where disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. Until then, we'll be here.
